This is a great place to do active physical therapy they treat you well there very patient with everyone i recommend me them everyone.
While the doctors at were professional, attentive, and truly made me feel cared for after a very difficult ER experience, the front desk and concierge staff made my overall experience extremely stressful. From my very first visit, I was met with rudeness. Recently, it escalated when I was hung up on twice while trying to confirm my appointment and address. I was a patient at Active for roughly 2 months and I can’t say enough good things about the process. The staff were all super helpful and I’d like to give a shoutout to everyone working there.
I greatly appreciate how Marilyn went above and beyond to make sure that I was all set for my first appointment today. I walked in thinking that I was good to go, not realizing that my doctor script was not faxed over. I had previously spoken to Marilyn via phone before my appointment. Marilyn had advised me to have the script sent to my email just in case, but I had forgotten. Upon arrival, Marilyn explained that she did not receive the script.
