The guy was professional, easy to reach, and great to deal with throughout the process. We received the report within the agreed timeframe as we had a very short time to do the inspection. Of course not to forget the lovely lady who spoke to me over the phone and explained everything over the phone and there was no long waiting to get the phone answered. Highly recommend!!!
