I have experience with Active Pest Control an amazing agent, Mr. Gregory. He calls every time he come out to do services for my home. He make sure my pet is in the house before starting and give upmost respect when he calls. He is always nice and courteous! He does an awesome job every time he comes. I am a long-time Active Pest Control customer in Georgia and paid annual termite renewal fees every year. No service was performed in 2024, despite full payment. In 2025, I was told service could not be completed due to weather on one day only, and no attempt was made to reschedule for the remaining year. Renewal fees continued to increase — $300 in 2023, $323 in 2024, and now $351 for 2025 — without service being provided. When I requested a discount due to missed services, it was denied.
