I am a long-time Active Pest Control customer in Georgia and paid annual termite renewal fees every year. No service was performed in 2024, despite full payment. In 2025, I was told service could not be completed due to weather on one day only, and no attempt was made to reschedule for the remaining year. Renewal fees continued to increase — $300 in 2023, $323 in 2024, and now $351 for 2025 — without service being provided. When I requested a discount due to missed services, it was denied.
