Healthy Weight Loss I would highly recommend their weight loss program. Dr. Jones is caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His program and coaching has kept me on track for losing one pound a week, and has really helped me get healthier. He educates about and stresses the importance of diet and resistance training with the goal of doing healthy weight loss without losing muscle mass. He helped motivate me to assess my diet and to add resistance training. I whole-heartedly recommend his weight loss program.
Dr jones is not only one of the kindest people you will meet, he is also an amazing doctor. Highly recommend!
