Great experience getting an assessment and custom orthotics. Vincent was thorough with explanations and tips on footwear, and the visits were quick and easy. My insurance provider can be a real stickler with requiring specific details for processing claims, but Vincent was very helpful and patient with assisting me get all the forms I needed. Thank you!
The orthotics are high quality, and the service is both professional and friendly. I highly recommend Active Orthotics if you are considering trying out a new podiatrist in Yonge and Sheppard area.
Vincent was super knowledgable, no nonsense, and was able to fit me into his schedule during a very busy time of year. I particularly liked that I could work with him directly, rather than getting funneled through assistants/receptionists/etc. Super convenient location and no waiting involved. Highly recommend!
