RecommendedProfessional and great bedside manner. It starts with the greeting associate to the assistants in the office and handling of forms and necessary paperwork. Dr Giuffrida is very attentive and informative! The x-ray technicians are all very professional and courteous! Overall a very pleasant experience in the midst of a difficult time with a fracture! I have dealt with a very bad left knee for years. I went to see Dr. John about a year ago, I wasn’t ready to have my knee replaced, mostly out of fear. He treated me with medication, with different injections, allowing me, to let him know, when I was ready. Well, I finally waved the white flag, and I had it done in August. My doctor is the best. Dr. Natalicchio is very informative and easy to talk to. He tells you the steps or process in the best course of action for your injury he will take. You are not left clueless nor confused. I trust him! He has the best staff as well. Misty, his coordinator is warm, inviting, pleasant, and very inviting. She’s a gem! First your customer service was poor, in the manner in which YOUR NA spoke to me was very discounters, and you as a doctor with so many years experienced and the way you handle my treatment was very unprofessional, and my left need knee were bleeding up to today 9/9/20 and that made me very uncomfortable, I told you that I was afraid of injection and you totally ignored me it you did read my records you would not of give two injection at the same time especially the cortisone Steriod shot cause it raises my blood pressure. t... read more
