One of the worst companies I have ever encountered, they know how to bill within the NDIS framework, but don’t know how to adapt to an individual’s needs. Communication can be rude and can’t think outside the box, can only think of how many hours they can bill for
MINUS ‘100’ EASY !! They came recommended word o’ mouth. If you are their client, you are WARNED…. CHECK EVERYTHING! Don’t let them use you like a punching bag - they enjoy it. You hear it in their voice, tone and how long the keep you on the cell phone. Yes, even though we are disabled. And they’re supposed to be kind. Management never apologize, stick up for each other. Not investigate first. Very bad. I cry for months.
After having by pass surgery in 2010 I was introduced to Active One to do my rehabilitation. Thirteen years on I continue to attend classes twice a week. It is a group class doing a circuit with numerous exercises using a variety of equipment. Exercise classes are never the same and are continuously varied to ensure all parts of the body are tested. The team over the years has changed but the Exercise Physiologists employed by Active One have always been of the highest standard. They know everyone's issues and attend to them... read more
