MINUS ‘100’ EASY !! They came recommended word o’ mouth. If you are their client, you are WARNED…. CHECK EVERYTHING! Don’t let them use you like a punching bag - they enjoy it. You hear it in their voice, tone and how long the keep you on the cell phone. Yes, even though we are disabled. And they’re supposed to be kind. Management never apologize, stick up for each other. Not investigate first. Very bad. I cry for months.
After having by pass surgery in 2010 I was introduced to Active One to do my rehabilitation. Thirteen years on I continue to attend classes twice a week. It is a group class doing a circuit with numerous exercises using a variety of equipment. Exercise classes are never the same and are continuously varied to ensure all parts of the body are tested.
