Active Nation is a great way to start your fitness journey! As someone who sometimes struggles with body image and confidence it has been a great place to feel welcomed and comfortable. The gym staff are friendly and happy to help out or just have a chat about life :) I’ve been to both Point Cook and Yarraville sites and love them both, the community is focused on fitness and not on gaining social media content. Highly recommend 👍🏻
