I have been to numerous gyms all over Tallahassee, and out of town, Active Movement has hands down been the best! Whether you need guidance on how to safely, correctly learn movements or a workout to help you reach new skills and levels of fitnesses, Active Movement is the place for any person. The coaches are great at scaling workouts or giving you the confidence to crush PR’s and the workouts are always different. I am thankful to have found an excellent gym that keeps me motivated and feeling my best.
This isn’t just a gym it’s a community! One of the best places to fitness with like-minded people at all stages of life and fitness. The owners have created a one of a kind environment.

Active Movement is a great gym. It’s clean and organized. Everyone is very nice and the coaches will work with you to scale movements. Even better, it’s in a great location in Tallahassee.
