My wheelchair stopped functioning and the control was hot. I was very worried and rang the people who I had purchased the wheelchair from. To find that they were no longer in business I then had to find a company to respond so urgently. I rang five different companies. Active Mobility was the only one to respond. They rang me back three times the same day, to arrange a service man to come straight out to look at the heated hand control. BE WARNED. NEVER EVER DEAL with Active mobility. The absolute worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everything from unprofessional, rude and disrespectful customer service at reception. Incompetent accounts department and deliberately not answering phone calls. If this is something you do t want to deal with, DO NOT engage with Active Mobility. They would not start the order process for a $20225.00 wheelchair, unless the balance is paid in full.
