I recently visited the showroom with a client. He was having difficulty with his new walker. The first two staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. Then a man in a senior position came to deal with the situation. This man was very rude and abruptly told my client that he was the problem not the walker. I was in shock my client felt belittled and attacked. I doubt they will return to this establishment. I certainly will not be recommending them to anyone.

Our initial dealings in purchasing a power wheelchair from Active Mobility were great, we had a dedicated contact who was knowledgeable, kept us informed with the progress, & followed through to the delivery, how to use the chair safely, and post-delivery check ins. In early February this year, accessories for the wheelchair were ordered. Active Mobility advised that full payment for these accessories was required prior to the order being made, this payment was made on the same day as it was requested. Two smokers, were guiding one of the parking spots fortunately I found one closer to the door. I stuffed up the delivery and had to come back the next day. Slightly more parking spaces but the same 2 smokers was standing out of the way of the parking spaces. Even more surprising she had on the same blue dress and he had the same blue shirt and tan pants. First day I get there. I timed it badly. The receptionist was off to lunch.
