I highly recommend NOT dealing with Active Mobility. I have never come across a business more disinterested in customer dealings. Staff are inhospitable, rude and show a lack of care when dealing with customers. Poor communication skills
Please becareful, they installed a ceiling hoist for $17k was told they will draw a power line made it sound easy, in quotation they wrote by another party I assumed another party or electrician from their department however I ended up with $17K hoist not working had to arrange my own electrician
I have been dealing with Active Mobility for a number of years now, the staff have always been helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services and products.
From arriving at the store and meeting tahnee to our order and the wonderful delivery team, could not be more impressed with the wonderful service. Highly recommend this store.
