My P.T. Abe is fantastic. The entire staff is wonderful. Attentive. Polite. Natalie is amazing. I went into this years ago with a walker. I worked hard, always motivated, first by Simon Gibson, when he was at this facility, and now I can practically run. This is life. This is well being. No one chases you out after 25 minutes, which does happen at other places. I've attempted to enlist other people I know who have vestibular neuritis. After three tries, I stop.
This is my fourth visit, and have more to come. I've been treated with nothing but respect. In my opinion everyone goes out their way to make certain I am comfortable. They are very professional, always on time, and very understanding. I highly recommend!
The staff here is really great... Very friendly, and professional at all times! They are reliable, prompt, and very attentive to their patients. Thanks Abe, for all the great work with my sister!
How rude can a medical staff member be. I overheard one of the employees Hen talking about me in a negative manner. I guess she thought I had hung up the phone. She called me to set up an appointment but afterwards I got distracted by my grand-daughter and the line was still open, I didn't get a chance to hang up the phone. This is my second injury and second time around with Montclair Physical Therapy. Everyone here is great! They've really helped me and given me tools to continue healing- very knowledgeable and friendly. I love Abe, Natalie, Simon and everyone here!
Simon and his team are outstanding. Patient care at it's finest!
