This is more of a community wellness center... At least that's how it feels... PT with a more community feeling. I love it
I had the good fortune to work w/ Vidhi Vadera and she is GREAT. I have done physical therapy several times, but have never gotten the relief I have from her. She really knows her stuff! She managed to get my piriformis moving again, after having it been unmovable for years. I feel 10 years younger, and am far more mobile and pain free, thanks to Vidhi’s skill and knowledge of anatomy. Unfortunately this is her last week here, but whoever she works for will be lucky to have her skills and talent.

This is most 5th visit 6 more to go, I also get treated with respect, make sure you are comfortable, and my knees are feeling better than what they were 👍
What can i say its a great place to go and have such friendly kind people there to help you...all the worker are really nice and understandable.....love this place....this is a great place to go for physical therapy...
I have shoulder, back and knee pain. Mostly arthritis in my shoulders and knees and sciatica in my lower back. Abe, my therapist has given me pointers on what to do on controlling the pain when I have to move those points of my limbs. Abe never tells me what to do, he always suggest and says it's up to how I am feeling and never over extend or exert myself. I have made very good decisions thanks to Abe.
