I have everything great to say about this business. They have made my father who was blacking out all the time at least 60% better. Getting stronger every appointment with Shauna as his therapist. All staff are friendly, helpful and courteous... a wonderful place all in all.
Great people and facility, have helped my injury recovery immensely.
Nice place and helpful staff
Good place for professionals who want a simple and quiet workout. No groups of young people with loud music. It's almost entirely older adults and it's peaceful!
