RecommendedI have been going to Active Lifestyle since I was in a car accident . The staff and Doctors are amazing. They have up to date equipment. Christine is the PT with magic hands. They have done a wonderful job in keeping me moving.
Dr. Jen and Dr. Todd have done a fabulous job creating a whole family clinic. We also adore Dr. Christine's massage treatments. There is an anointing on this business that is noticeable. We've been patients for almost three years and feel like we can come to ALC with almost any problems and *someone* will have a plan/solution. They are our primary health facility and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Thank you Dr. Todd and your prolotherapy treatment. This was so very helpful when I fell and hurt my back while in Arizona. I would definitely recommend this clinic. They are all very nice a friendly.
Active Lifestyle is the most amazing office I’ve ever been to! The staff are all incredibly sweet and helpful! I love that I can bring my whole family here and also feel like family. I get my physical therapy, chiropractic care, AND my naturopathic doctor care here... all for VERY affordable cash pay cost (we don’t have insurance)!! I highly recommend this place to everyone! 🥰🖤🖤🖤

I have an extremely fast paced hectic stressful lifestyle. I travel extensively and have to deal with many physical mental and emotional challenges. Since coming to Active Lifestyle both Dr Jen and Dr Todd have found solutions for my health that have enabled me to keep up the fast pace with energy focus and reduction of pain. I’ve had chronic back pain for years & this clinic helped me so much!! Dr Jen listened to my issues & put me on a healing chiropractic program about a year ago. Then she referred me to Christine who did wonders for my scoliosis. I can’t say enough about these dedicated, caring professionals & I highly recommend this clinic!!
