Garbage company. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered my son’s AFO’s with them 2 months ago just to be told they never submitted the order to begin with and are going out of business in December, so they are not going to bother now. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!
I can’t believe this place is so unprofessional after waiting almost 8 months they call saying prescription had expired and needed a new one in order to get shoes … it’s been 3 months and again no response from them….there all idiots in my opinion
Had an appointment in August. Was sent there by my podiatrist and have been given the runaround for two months by BOTH parties.Nobody returns a phone call.
Able is awful this company is awful.. someone needs to call us we still do not have the right order. I am six months pregnant and after starting the process in July I still have not received my order as they shipped it incorrectly. Tried to bill me to return the leggings they ordered incorrectly and that I had confirmed both over the phone and in person that these were to be maternity leggings. Would give 0 stars if possible. Nightmare to deal with. Was told they did not have the insurance info we provided. Then was told they had our insurance, but our insurance wasn't covering anything because we were in our deductible (we were not). Then was told they were trying to confirm our insurance coverage. In that order. Would not recognize correct amount we owed (coinsurance, not deductible) until insurance company sent them a written doc on our behalf. What a joke!
