We have felt so much relief since hiring Active Home Health to help with our elderly parents. They are both on hospice and we cannot say enough good things about the care they receive. Their nurse, Laura, is on top of their well being at all times and always so kind and respectful towards them. She’s a brilliant nurse and we feel very fortunate to have found her. My Mom is on hospice and it was very confusing for me to navigate, as she has been very independent. I wasn’t sure how to help her. I have 2 wonderful care givers, one is my CNA Katelyn and the other is my Nurse Jasmine. They both go above and beyond and they are so caring! They always make sure I am taken care of and that I have everything I need. The company is also amazing, they have an after hour number that I have used and everyone is so nice and really helpful with any questions that I have. I could not recommend this company enough!! Laura is an excellent nurse who has taken excellent care of my father. She always responds quickly and knows exactly what my dad needs. Sergio is also amazing and so gentle with my father. My dad trusts him to get him cleaned up and looking presentable. This team has been a huge help and they are like part of the family.
Active personal care and hospice care is nothing short of amazing. We had a very difficult situation involving a family member with terminal diagnosis. After a long stay in the hospital, Our family member wanted nothing more than to be back home with family. Once this decision was made we had no idea where to turn or how to proceed.
