Took all the time I needed to explain the way the hearing aids worked.
Their friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me through the process without a hick-up. They explained exactly what they would be doing every step of the way and made me feel as if I was the reason they were there, as opposed to me being an interruption of their day. They are our go to hear center from now on. A+++++++
