Dale is fabulous, very professional and knowledgeable, and he cares about his clients. He is also flexible in his scheduling. Also his office is very nice with coffee, tea and hot chocolate available to clients, and it is bright and clean- Great location too! He takes good care of my elderly mother, listening closely to what she is saying about her hearing experience, including her longwinded stories!
