Very dedicated caring professionals. Dale is wonderful to work with. He takes the time to listen (pun not intended). And provides excellent service. Very friendly down to earth people.
Early hearing loss can be traumatic, but my vist to Modern Acoustics set my mind at ease. Owner Dale Wooddard was a pleasure to work with. After a very thorough hearing test, he assured me I was not quite ready for aids at this time. Rather than pushing hearing aids, he offered several suggestions to help with my hearing until I actually need aids. Dale takes a very gentle and personal approach showing a genuine interest in his patient. I highly recomend Modern Acoustics to anyone seeking an HONEST hearing evaluation.
Once again , Dale and his team were so responsive to my request for an appointment when my current hearing aids weren’t working well. They fit me in quickly and Dale made a temporary adjustment while we consider the appropriate new ones. Also the clinic always feels so calm and clean and it’s a pleasure to be there. I highly recommend Modern Acoustics.
I purchased my hearing aids in May 2024 and was extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish including the hearing test and instruction. They’ve worked well over the last 15 months. However, I recently lost one of them and needed a replacement. Modern Accoustics did a great job with good follow through in providing a new replacement hearing aid. Overall, I’m happy with the product and service!
