This was my experience with this repair shop back on December 2, 2022: My wife's car went in for new winter tires and rims, the tires and rims were purchased through Active Green + Ross website. After waiting in their waiting room she was asked to go to the shop with the technician as he told her he had an "issue". She saw her car hoisted in the air with all the tires and rims off of the vehicle.
