No stars was not an option, so one star it is. I spent $3000 here on Friday March 6, 2026 to have the timing belt and other maintenance done on my Honda CRV. The next day, the low oil light came on. I had to pull over at the side of the road to check - indeed there was no oil measured using the dipstick. Luckily, I was a few hundred metres from a RONA, where I bought oil, and then a quick trip to the Honda dealership. This was my experience with this repair shop back on December 2, 2022: My wife's car went in for new winter tires and rims, the tires and rims were purchased through Active Green + Ross website. After waiting in their waiting room she was asked to go to the shop with the technician as he told her he had an "issue". She saw her car hoisted in the air with all the tires and rims off of the vehicle.
