Very disappointing experience. Don’t go to this shop. My husband booked an appointment to have his tires changed and even received a confirmation email, yet when he showed up, they refused to do the service and claimed the appointment was never confirmed. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If a business can’t honor confirmed appointments or take responsibility for their scheduling mistakes, that says a lot about how they treat their customers. I am very pleased with this shop I couldn't have come at a more busy time (first snow fall ) but the guys got me in I'm not from the area and I was treated amazing the technician noticed a bent rim on my truck thats been for about 3 tire changes at diffrent shops and this is the only one that actually told me about it other technicians just added lots of weight thinking I wouldn't notice so if anyone is looking for a trusting shop with good technician s check them out !
