Chris is the Champion of customer service. I never went to Chris before. Chris never tried to upsell me on anything. Chris is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, understanding, and caring. Chris took the car in on the same day, and provide the precise service that needed to be done. And, after I asked, he doubled checked everything for me to ensure everything was good. I definitely would recommend Chris to everyone I know.
From an awful experience from a different store to an awesome experience from 1530 Midland Avenue Store. Shoutout to Cas and Chris. Both went above and beyond. I just had a tire replacement but the service I received is splendid. I wanted a tpms sensors for my winter tire rims. They had the parts and installed on all 4 rims. I didn’t have to spend much time there. Also I noticed how they talked to other customers as well. I highly recommend this place. Thanks and keep it up.
