Shawn Shawn Shawn. Missing the legend. My recent walk in was terrible with all the new staff and front desk with no greetings and rude stuff. They couldn’t answer and just asked to get diagnosed for 150$ and then will let me know the solutions for normal stuff. Pure professionals like many. I wish Shawn could have been there who is always available to help with best solutions and pricing and mostly the good behaviour. I again have to look for good doctors for my car after shawn left.
I’ve been coming here for years and always trusted Shawn (store manager) with servicing my vehicle—never had a single issue and would rather come here than go to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed that. A staff member named Prashanth told me they couldn’t fit me in because they were “too busy,” and the way it was communicated came off as extremely rude and dismissive. After being a loyal customer for so long, that was disappointing. I won’t be spending my money here anymore.
