Had an amazing experience at Active Green + Ross for my tire change. The team was quick, professional, and really knew what they were doing. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and the quality of work was top-notch. My car feels great on the road now. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and efficient tire service!
I had a very disappointing experience at Active Green + Ross. I came in for an inspection on my car and specifically asked the service advisor, Prashath, to check my brakes and let me know if the vehicle would pass a safety inspection. After looking it over, I was told everything was fine, the brakes were “good for now,” and that the car was safe to drive and would pass a safety certification with no problem. Mr. Shawn is really nice person until he was there he always treat everybody nicely but now after he left the place is not same the new receptionist is very rude. To just for tyres pressure the guy was asking $10 and I told him I have some issues in my car so he said for check the car he will charge $60. Just making the money only.
