Service at this location has steadily declined over the last few years. When the same front desk staff were here, service was always friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. I went today for an oil change and was given multiple conflicting prices over two days. I specifically asked several times for the total cost and was finally give a quote. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, additional charges that had never been disclosed were added to the bill. STILL.MY GO TO PLACE IN TOWN. So I had tire changed and rotation, back in late May and then hear comes this rattling sound which was very annoying. I brought my car back for them to see what it was and if course the noise wasn't there anymore. So they told me to wait until I hear it again So I waited until it came back . IT SURE DID. Louder than before. Anyway a new guy was at the counter this time. He was great he made sure that was taken care of as promised. Took them the whole day but problem was solved. A thorough check of the vehicle during a routine oil change here revealed an issue that was then highlighted discussed and quickly resolved. It has a few new management/staff but all are extremely polite and professional. I have been coming here with both of my vehicles for a number of years.
