On my way home to the Niagara region from Kitchener, when I noticed my water gauge at the maximum high. While this location was busy - all the bays were full - but they still found the time to get my on my weekly. And the mechanic just didn't top off the coolant, he also turned the heater and revved the engine to see how the gauge would react. Bottom line, I got home safely, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Great shop, and great people.
Very fair pricing, got L/O/F plus summer tire change-over and tire balancing; discounts applied without asking. I thought I needed a 4-wheel brake replacement, but they told me front brakes were okay, no need to replace them now. I appreciate that honesty.

Needed my winter tires changed and balanced in a pinch, due to the early winter conditions and to work around my strict work schedule, and these guys were able to fit me in. Barely waited 30mins, better than Costco, they were clear in their communication, very knowledgeable, gaining my confidence in their services.
