My car (Mercedes benz E350) have a weird noise while starting in the morning and I bring the car to this Workshop. They told me need to replace the pulley and belt, the sound come from There And they replaced It. But The sound was there, and again I go back to the Workshop. They said Need to replace the starter motor, they give me a quote around $1000.l already spend More than $1100. Went to Niagara and my car died and didn’t want to start. The people at Active Green +Ross took my car in, found out the problem and got it fixed so quick it didn’t take any time out of our little vacation. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!!
They went over and above! Driving to Niagara Falls from kingston, when we hit Toronto and part of the muffler let go, which on a Sunday is not good, less good when on vacation. They were our first call while on the highway. They asked how soon we could be there for them to take a look, showed up an hour before closing, gave us a very fair quote and asked if we could be back the next day to get it fixed!! Took an hour and car is better than before!!
