Wonderful people! Very very informative.
I came in only to fix a simple tire puncture. Without any prior notice, estimate, or agreement, they removed the tire, claimed it was unrepairable, and immediately pushed me to buy a brand-new set of 4 tires. When I refused, they tried to hold my car hostage by demanding an undisclosed $20 removal/diagnostic fee before putting my wheel back on. Only after a heated argument did they finally remount my tire without getting paid for their unauthorized fee. Bullshit
