Horrible company! They fixed my elderly parent's garage door. Two days later it broke so they called. Active said they would be out in a few days. After several calls, they never showed and would not return any calls.

6 months out to do service on shutters they installed is totally unacceptable! Very poor customer service. Would never do business with this company again!
We had a conversation last night with other neighbors that have used them . Our assessment is the owner is a clown and his workers , a group of unprofessional morons that have no clue how to measure. They had me waiting months because of their incompetence. My neighbor said they had them install screen windows and they broke their windows while putting in the screens . I had used them to rescreen my pool cage after Hurricane Irma they were there one day later and did a great job. I again used them last month when my spring went on my garage door and they came out the next day after calling. Yesterday I noticed an issue with my garage door and called them, they came out the same day fixed the problem which was very minor but had nothing to do with the prior work they did,fixed for no charge. Just saw one of your drivers throw garbage (a banana peel) out of his truck at the stoplight coming off I75 N at Hwy 17. Picture available but don’t see a way to post it here.
Trying to get these people to come in for a final measurement for a WHOLE HOUSE window and door replacement is like pulling teeth! I guess they don't want the business. So rude and uncooperative. Do not expect them to keep their appointments. Do not expect them to call you back. And for God's sakes, get somebody else to do your windows and doors! After everything we went through, we canceled everything. You just lost yourselves a $20k job. Well done.
