My mother goes there a couple of days out of the week. She enjoys it, I've met all of the staff and seen first hand, what an excellent job they do on a daily basics. The facility is clean, and the staff puts their heart into taking care of other people's loved ones. It's a job everyone can't do.
The staff is so kind, caring and very polite. They are so good with the members, I always see gorgeous happy smiling faces. Staff actively participates with members, interacting and having loads of fun.
Edit looks to be getting attention. Will delete if all gets cleared, and it was just simple slip in communication. Not the employee or services to costumers. However an accident happened and my mailbox got knocked over, should be easy fix even provided video proof. Local office responded and forwarded to HQ which I verified but still no word and a mailbox proped up a foot off the ground. Why do companies not care and take care of an easy fix.
