I drove 3 hours to go to an att store and waited until they were open. The sign said they were open and the door was locked. The girl working had a bad attitude from the moment she opened the door. She went greeting me and when I said i wanted to switch from Verizon she said “we need your pin and account information” I said no problem then I said I would like to get the phone with the most memory and she said well we don’t have have that and was extremely rude.
