Why have a store in an area where AT&T has the absolute worst coverage of any provider?? More deadspots in this area than coverage

I cannot thank Dylan enough for working with my Father at the store and myself on the phone to help solve a broken phone issue. He was wonderful in making sure that we would not be without a phone to communicate. Dylan went above and beyond and my dad was so impressed with how he was treated and how hard Dylan worked to help him and get him up and going again.
