7/30 As expected I never had any response from AA. They don't care that their bad products cost people 10's of thousands of dollars. Quite literally experiencing the same thing as Neil. Downpipe caused CEL, they pointed that it’s an o2 sensor issue and I have to pay for it out of pocket. The o2 sensor is $220, so their downpipe caused my o2 sensor to fail yet I have to pay for a new o2 sensor out of pocket? Not including install cost, the no cel warranty is fake. I’ve been here twice. The first time seemed significantly overpriced, which I confirmed afterwards, but they did fix the problem. I decided to go back again, but only to be disappointed and charged a diagnostic fee for them to tell me what I basically already knew about the car and that they didn’t really want to work on the car because of its history. Installed an AA downpipe on my 2023 B58. About 500 miles in I got a CEL. They said it's my jb4 or my O2 sensor but unlikely to be the downpipe. So my task is to remove the jb4, then buy an O2 sensor. After that they'll consider a replacement. Even though they offer a 100% replacement warranty I need to spend more money for them to honor it. Feels like a scam. They should replace the part then if I still have issues suggest the issue is on my end.
