Wonderful friendly studio with many different types of classes. My all time favorite is with the owner Erika who is without a doubt an awesome zumba instructor. She’s a beautiful dancer and choreographer. Her music is energetic and electrifying. Her studio is so welcoming and friendly. You’re missing out if you don’t come and try her classes!
Love starting my day off with my 5:30am crew. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else at 5:30am than dancing my mornings away with Tracy. What an amazing person full of energy & positivity
All the fantastic instructors at Active & Anchored make fitness fun!! It truly is a happy place with a great vibe! There is such a wide variety of fitness formats to choose from. You will sweat, you will smile, you will love it as much as I do!!
My workout getaway, happy place!! Love the studio “club like” set up inside. Great workouts, Amazing instructions, Music that keeps you moving !
