All the fantastic instructors at Active & Anchored make fitness fun!! It truly is a happy place with a great vibe! There is such a wide variety of fitness formats to choose from. You will sweat, you will smile, you will love it as much as I do!!

Active & Anchored is the best! The instructors are fun, professional, and so encouraging. Classes are energizing, well-structured, and perfect for all levels. The studio is bright, welcoming, and full of positive vibes. I always leave feeling stronger and happier!
My favorite place to go the instructors are awesome and classes are great so many different ones weights cardio Zumba n many more !!! It’s like a family love love Active and Anchored
