My name is Ginny, and I have quite recently joined Active & Ageless at Moonah Park Aged Care in Mitchelton. I am thoroughly enjoy my fitness sessions with Tony our trainer. He is kind and helpful and goes out of his way to assist in any way. Thanks Tony and Heath! Heath too welcoming and very helpful. With people like this to help and guide you, it makes it easier to reach your own goals. Active & Ageless is great and I would encourage anyone considering joining this great gym.
Fabulous and friendly. Staff carefully move around the group ensuring exercises are done correctly to avoid injury. I am so happy I decided to join
