Worked with Bob Greason of Active Adults Realty to buy our new home in DE moving from. Bob was graet to work with knowledgeable, responsive and caring. He never exerted any pressure and worked patiently with us over several months until we found the right house. I would recommend Bob Greason and Active Adults to anyone looking for a home in the area. Besides I like to work with someone I can see eye to eye with (height joke).
We came from New York (Long Island) in October 2017 to look at potential retirement communities in Delaware. We were very fortunate to be represented by Elliot Whelan from Active Adults Realty. Made an appt to see houses, as we are in the car they call and cancel. NO ONE else was available for us. Kathy said she would call us back in 15 mins it's been an hour nothing, no phone call. VERY UNPROFESDIONAL
