I've been coming to the weekly group coaching sessions on Wednesday mornings for about four months now. The structured accountability is exactly what I needed—the 90-day planning template they gave me actually got me to finally hire my first employee. Just had a session with Sean and he is an incredibly knowledgable and insightful coach. He helps you dig down to find the gaps and overlooked opportunities for improving your business as well as develop a strategy to address them. If you haven't had at least a strategy Session with Sean I strongly recommend it.
