2 years later and ANOTHER job with Action windows. Finished trim, windows and a new door. I would not hesitate again to hire this superb company. Where it counts most is when you have a issue and the steps the company takes to help you. I have used Action windows 3 times and I wish I could hire them for everything. This time was a slight problem and they were on top of it asap! They took charge, ordered the new part and sent the manufacturer to fix it ...all asap. Nice people to work with. Very friendly and easy to work with. They kept us well informed on installation and gave us plenty of time to be ready. Our installer was great, very neat and clean. He did a wonderful job and we could not be more pleased with the results. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Everybody that I worked with from the salesman to the crew that installed my windows was all very professional and polite. We had our whole house completely done including putting a Bow Window in the front. Once the job was completed the crew made sure that everything was clean. They left no mess of any kind. I was nervous about doing my whole house but I am glad that I did. I would definitely recommend Action Windows & Siding..

It has been close to ONE YEAR since our windows were installed and just wanted to report that everything has been excellent. Action Windows installed nine Okna windows and one patio slider to my home. From the initial service to cleanup has been excellent. The initial service and ordering was great. The quality of the windows and installation have proven themselves over the past year through heat, cold and storms. Everything was done with the finest care and detail. I highly recommend Action Windows.

Did a great job replacing every window in our home. After researching types of windows, and differences in quality in each type, we settled on Okna windows and Action Windows for installation. The salesman, Zack, was a pleasure to deal with, didn't try to sell us more than we needed and helped us figure out a solution to unusual sizes. The installation crew was friendly, professional, and worked around our needs. Windows look great and visitors have mentioned that. Action Windows has my recommendation.

After looking for different contractors in West Hartford, I'm happy that I came across Action Windows & Siding. They came recommended by a friend who had Crane Siding done on their home and I loved their results. We had no short of an amazing experience. They are straight to the point, professional and the siding was done very good. Will definitely use them again for any other needs in the future.
