I hesitantly write this, as I know how crushing a bad review can be for a business, but I don't want others to fall for this store's trap. Simply put: if they sell you defective merchandise, they will not remedy the situation. (For me, it was a board that delaminated day one of use.) And considering they are selling stuff that costs $1,000+++ (boards, bikes, kayaks) I think everyone should know their hidden secret.
