People, monitors were great and made sure we were safe at all times especially for people (5 out of 7) who could not swim and this was there first time participating in this type of water sports.

Kids and I had a great time doing the dolphin tour. Our guide Alex was knowledgeable, patient and great with the kids.

Charged our group even after cancellation. Charged the card that held the reservation, some of group cancelled prior to day of rental and rest of the group paid cash at time of rental. No receipts given and no effort to refund the card. Poor customer service. Have used for several years but will not be going back!
Make sure you get a receipt! We cancelled jet skis and were told it was okay and would be taken care of. We kept five rentals and paid cash the day of and unfortunately our group members did not ask for receipts. This place charged my credit card for five additional jet skis almost $600 on the card I used to hold the reservation. Without the receipts showing we paid for the five my card company can't do anything. Just not right!
The owner is a liar and thief protect your credit card
I took my son on a hour jet ski ride with Alex and we had a great time. Alex was patient, knowledgeable and made it a lot of fun. My 10 year old was so happy he told the manager that Alex deserved a raise because of how awesome he was!! We will definitely be back next year to do the dolphin tour with Alex!!

My step-daughter ((12) and I did the dolphin tour. while the ocean was too rough to see any dolphins, Chandler enhanced and personalized our experience. We felt comfortable and in good hands with his friendly and professional demeanor that put us at ease. He then customized our tour and jet ski experience by taking us to bird island, marsh exploring through dead mans marsh where we carved, and weaved through the trails.
