Customer service is top notch! I’ve been having issues with a newly purchased pump, to which the manufacturer is at fault, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I leave a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them! Mark designed a beautiful water garden for us. We have a lovely stream and 4 levels of waterfall. The koi, frogs and dragonflies love it. One of my favorite sights are birds bathing in the stream. Our backyard yard is our happy place. Mark and his crew were great to work with.
Mark designed and built our beautiful pond 15 years ago and has provided excellent service. We have gotten so much enjoyment from it! I highly recommend Action Water Gardens!
We had a stream with waterfalls created by Mark a couple of years ago. His design is beautiful, his workmanship is excellent and he did exactly as he said. After a few years everything is working great.
We had an old water garden and pond that needed some major upgrades. We called Mark and he designed a new feature using the existing 'footprint' of our previous design. However, the pond is deeper, he installed magnificent lighting and the overall effect is beyond my expectations. Our new fish are in heaven and loving their new space. I know this much is true as they have provided us with 11 new baby fish!!
