Writing this review after going back and forth with their billing department. I had gone in for a getting splinter checked 2 years ago. The physician's assistant did not even look at it for more than 2 mins, just gave up since it wasn't on the surface. Whole interaction involved using gloves and looking at it for 1 minute. After 1 year, got a bill from them asking me to pay $112 on top of they $277 they already received from the insurance. All this for 1 min of looking at my finger without even trying anything. Very disappointing experience with the RN, especially with my 8 year old son I took my 8 year old son to this urgent care because he was experiencing ear pain. Unfortunately, the way the RN handled his examination was extremely disappointing. My son was already scared and crying because his ear was hurting. Instead of reassuring him and examining him gently, the RN was very rough while checking his affected ear and showed very little patience or compassion toward him. I do not recommend this clinic. All of the people are nice, but how they bill is completely unfair. Their policy is that every visit, in-person or telehealth, is billed the same. End of story. I visited in April because I wasn't feeling well and I submitted two samples for testing to see if I had an infection. They asked if I wanted a follow-up telehealth consultation about my results and I said yes. *That was my mistake.* A few days later, I was called saying my results weren't in yet, so we rescheduled to the next day.
