The staff were amicable, empathetic , thorough in analysis and very clear in communication.
Xin and the staff at Action Urgent Care were incredibly professional and friendly. I decided to visit after seeing so many positive reviews, and they exceeded my expectations. Instead of simply prescribing medication for diverticulitis, Xin genuinely cared about my condition. He took the time to listen to my symptoms, thoroughly explained my illness, and provided thoughtful, constructive advice on how I could improve my recovery. Highly recommend!
