I was misdiagnosed. I had ear pain, and their facility was closed so i used telemedicine. They weren't able to process my insurance card but to their credit they called me to let me know then called my insurance directly. I then met the nurse online. She said it was probably a residual cold and nothing to worry about; but she would prescribe me antibiotics just in case.
