I have had the pleasure of working with Teresa and Michelle to help meet my son’s OT needs and have seen a lot of improvement in such a short time. When we started OT therapy he was hesitant at first, most of the time he still is especially when trying something new for the first time but Michelle has been nothing short of patient with Kash and it’s really allowed him to do things when he’s comfortable doing so. Would not recommend as they do not communicate, it’s one thing to be told we are backed up or short staffed but if I’m reaching out in regards to my child’s care I’m not doing so for my health I’m doing so for a response, wasted a month waiting for several responses when I could have been on a waiting list for a company that would actually help my son when a OT became available.
