Too bad I can't give them a zero. They are absolutely the worst company we've ever worked with for fire alarm systems. Please do not use them, they are a rip off and a scam. Hopefully they go out of business.
I did not appreciate this contractor blaring his vehicle audio system at nearly max volume level at 8am in the morning while parked as a visitor and adjacent to several bedroom windows for 30 minutes. He obviously did not care about anyone but himself. That sort of lack of situational awareness and lack of respect for the residents is clearly unprofessional behavior.
