Scott (the owner) won't return any calls and never seems to be available. I tried to get a security system up and running after purchasing a building that had an installed security system that was through Action Security. It was around the time of the earthquake so I gave them plenty of leniency on time frames of returned calls. They never called back, I always had to call them. In the first part of June I visited Action Security looking for a safe. The owner wasn’t in that day so we got as much info as I could about what they had, not long after leaving the owner called and said he could meet me at the shop, so I did and agreed to order a safe. It has been over a month since placing that order I have asked for updates, apparently they only have one person that knows anything about orders and he seems to be always gone on a “job”. Action Security needs to take seriously their debts. To pay their bills.
Needed some keys made &I had sticking locks on my truck. The king street action locksmith was Extremely friendly and took extra time to give me some tips and hints about locks
I recently made two separate appointments to have my locks changed this summer. Each appointment Action Security was a no show. I had to call and ask where the locksmith was an hour and half after the scheduled appointment times and was told they wouldn't be making it out. There was no courtesy call or apology. I wouldn't recommend them at all, especially as it happened not once but twice within the same week! Very disappointing!
Action Security is always prompt & professional. Great company for many years!
