Rented a property that was managed by Action a long time ago, but it’s interesting to see they’re not much different now. They would send out maintenance workers and gave no warning, once I was in the shower, at home by myself and a guy walked into my apartment. When we moved out, it was nearly impossible to get the deposit back and I had documentation for everything they were claiming and only with a lot of effort I was able to prove I deserved the deposit. We are current renters, no communication from landlord. She sends random people to "fix" issues with the property, which then are not actually fixed. We have had a tree on our roof from a storm 4 weeks ago, ceiling falling in, and many holes in the roof and attic, as well as outlets that have burned and caught on fire. She will not use licensed contractors to fix problems, because she does not want to pay them. She is the definition of a slumlord.
They don't answer phones or return phone calls.
