We absolutely love Dulce Medina. She has been the friendly, helpful face of our building for many years and always goes above and beyond. She is professional, always a pleasure to be around, and such an amzing part of our building’s family!!
They will charge you for property damages you did not make and for which you are not responsible. They are unethical and morally bankrupt.
Dulce Medina is an excellent lead concierge for our building. Always cheerful and polite.
The staff here is the best. Has been for years. The Lead Concierge , Dulce, was able to recently track down a contractor who had done work in our unit over a decade ago. Tenacious and gracious at the same time!!
