Spent two years with Action Property Management as our property management company - my roommates and I were very pleased with how professional, prompt, and thorough the company was. Very subpar management company. If you own a home I would not recommend this company to manage your rental property. They show very little interest in maintaining your property, even though they have a process to make it easy for them. The representatives seem extremely lazy and careless.
I have rented the same Townhouse from Action Reality for the last 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. If I ever needed anything, all I had to do was post the request on my tenant portal and I would get a response within 24 hours if not sooner. Getting repairs done was never an issue.
