Inaccurately reported to the IRS that I was using their company. Thus IRS sending me a letter. I tried calling the number but nobody is answering.
Spent two years with Action Property Management as our property management company - my roommates and I were very pleased with how professional, prompt, and thorough the company was. Several months after moving out we were recently erroneously billed from the previous utility company - back and forth arguments went nowhere. Very subpar management company. If you own a home I would not recommend this company to manage your rental property. They show very little interest in maintaining your property, even though they have a process to make it easy for them. The representatives seem extremely lazy and careless.
