Very poor customer service! Recently, I had to provided a copy of my power of attorney letter (since I'm not the homeowner) so I could get the new remotes for our community. Now, when I call in they tell me that they don't show record that I provided a copy of the document and refuse to talk to me. I told them I emailed it to, Tiffany Kaldenbach, the community manager, so they immediately shot me to her voice mail.
