Should be a zero star rating option. Our previous pool guy sold his business to this company. What a total disappointment! First they replaced our timer and while doing so removed our ability to use our remote! They hardly ever showed up but expected payment promptly. I can't tell you how many times my pool turned green during this time. Horrible horrible horrible service and the owner is ridiculous, never answers calls or texts.
This place is terrible had the pool service for weekly service in 2 months they showed up twice . Now they billed us for 4 months such a joke called the owner who never returned our phone calls lied about coming out every week but did leave leave 2 Bill's on our door so had proof they only showed up twice . Left pump rounni g which almost burned out motor basket was never put back in our pool to catch debris. But denied it all very dishonest company
