My usual plumber couldn’t come out to check on my backed up sink for five days. I called Action Plumbing and not only was everyone I spoke with super kind, they were also willing to come out the same day despite having a full schedule. Called Action Plumbing for a slow draining kitchen sink and Matthew came out the same day. He checked everything out and determined the problem was in the main pipe in the basement, under the floor. He carefully moved our washing machine and tarped everything to protect our Nature Stone floor from getting dirty. He snaked (cabled) the pipe through the cleanout and fixed the problem. We would just had Mathew replace our entire shower/tub faucet. He called on his way to the house, prompt on his time and was very professional and personable with us the entire time.
