I am ONLY giving it two stars because the ladies in the office are nice and Steve Dodd the owner is a nice guy. Steve came out to our house and said it was our thermal coupler but it needs to be ordered. It was due to be installed the next day. The following day, I received a call from a tech named Loren and he was rude! He proceeded to tell me they have the thermal coupler but I also need a new valve. That new valve would need to be ordered. I questioned that as anyone would because there was no mention of that by the owner... read more
Loren your plumber was very nice and professional. he did a good job. God Bless him .
They used to be really good but they soldout to another company. I have gone to them for years and they were really good, not so much anymore. The techs dont do good work, the sink leaks after they "fixed it" problems with things they worked on. Called them to come back talked to the owner, he said they would look into and "make it right" never heard back from them. Time to find a new plumber.
