So I have been a customer for two years and I’m Recovering from my seventh back surgery and they say if I don’t buy all these different things that I need it’s going to void my warranty and I am on a fixed income and I don’t have the money and they keep saying my warranty is gonna be voided and I’m very disappointed in the service they had to come out I had to make my appointment five different times not very happy

I want to thank Alex Miller and Tysa Toon for the great job they did on replacing my old water line in Sunset Utah. They were able to get my new water line in with a minimal of down time. They took great care to avoid my sprinkler lines and did really outstanding job of making sure they did not damage my lawn. My Name is Terry Jones.

This review is long overdue but better late than never. This outfit is a scam. The way they operate is to mail out glossy postcards advertising deep discounts but in reality what they're looking to do is fleece homeowners for as much as they can. If you call them out for a minor repair they will immediately try to up-sell, at exorbitant rates, whatever they think they can up-sell. In my case I had a leak from a bathub faucet. 0 star!! I would not do business with them. Firstly, the person who schedule the quote(insatlling AC) said we would like to be the last person to quote if you are getting several quotes. So they were schedule last. The guy did not even look at anything after I showed him the furnace. He asked what other quote did you get and do you have a paper quote.
