Absolutely use anybody but Action. Came and diagnosed a sewer problem. Promised the repair would be done the next day and the concrete repaired the following week. The repair took a little longer. Fine. But was left with a giant hole in my drive for a week. Had to call and get them to do their jobs. Never once have they called to organize anything. This company rips people off. They charged me ****** to auger a clogged toilet. Nothing else was done, he sent the 3 auger down once and the toilet was again clogged the next day. They were also 1 hour late from the time window they provided. Save your money and find a place that is honest and decent to work with.

I have no idea how Action got an A+ rating. They have burned us three times now. I know we were dumb to try a third time. Their warrantees mean nothing. They charged us so much for their service fee that our replacement water heater (paid for under warrantee) would cost $1700 to replace!! We just called another company and got it free. Where are their ethics??!!??

They took a $8,500 prepayment, tore up the lawn, did an attempted plumbing repair so crappy it failed 8 of 10 points by the city inspector, then left without returning to fix the errors or even the large gash in the front lawn. When contacted about finishing the job the boss said something like "Let him fix it." BTW, "him" is 93 years old.Would a reputable company do a job half way, not own up to their bad work, ignore repeated calls to finish the job, then even go so far as expect a 93-year-old to fix it?INaction is a bette... read more

Action came to our house because our A/C was not working, Their salesman told us we had major wiring problems and charged us $9,770.00. We were quoted $9,000.00 for the work. They replaced the main panel and surge protector for a grand total of $5,829.33. And according to another electrician, they didn't install a ground s**** on the panel. Other quotes since then say $3,500.00 would have been more reasonable. They dont deserve any stars so I spent ***** thousand dollars and they said I would get **** dollars in rebates and then they said it was already in the price so I am trying to get my rebates and you have to have certain information in order to qualify for the rebates and I went there and they wont help me with any paperwork or anything I had back surgery on8-3-23 and so it will be hard for me cause I cant do anything but I will keep you posted on what happens

Zero stars if possible! As others can see from previous complaints, this company is dishonest, fraudulent and very revealing that they have lost accreditation with the BBB. We called them to do a simple tune up on our air conditioning in April 2023 and before they left, they convinced us that the A/C was in very poor condition and made many repairs before the summer season. On 4-2-23 I used their service for a plugged drain *********** shows up and gives the quote I accept then he wants the payment first so I pay. He begins to blow air into the drain with battery operated tool's then he begins to use a small manual drain snake to no avail. so I ask why does he not use the reel electric drain snake then he replied saying it wasn't necessary so I step out side to make a phone call, come back in and he said it was unclogged then he leaves in a hurry like he had to use the bathroom.
